Geneanet

Although a small, multi-language based site that was historically used mostly in France and nearby regions. They have exploded in visibility in 2020 due to adding a GEDMatch-like autosomal upload and match service. With the purchase of GEDMatch by a forensic, criminal genetics company, many grew concerned with widespread use and access of its database (and similar ones) by various governments and law enforcement agencies.
